Just wanted to share...

This was so much fun. Since I was called to serve in the Young Womens program almost 2 years ago, I was given the opportunity to work on Personal Progress! The book has changed a lot since I was in young womens about 8 years ago. Back then in high school, I had come close to finishing all the requirements in the personal progress book, but never ended up finishing. So, now I've been working toward finally earning this award. I have ONE project left!! The blankets you see above are one of the other projects I did along the way. It was so rewarding to see that I could do this! I had some great help and tips along the way from two talented women, Nelle (master quilt maker) and my mother-in-law Roberta.

Oh my heck, you MADE those!??! I love them, they are so cute! Great fabric choices too.
You gotta give me some lessons, I think we should do this for a girls' night.
Nice job on the blankets! I'm impressed. I bet your boys love them!
Happy belated b-day to Jared too.
I'm right behind him!!!
Cute blankets, my boys would envy the "Cars" one for Tanner and Owen. And I just had to take a double look at Grant and Tanner because they looked the same until the second time when Grant looked like a younger Tanner. Wow!!!! Now all I have to say is where did Owen come from but he totally looks like you and Tanner and Grant look like Jared. It's the opposite for me. Jimmy and Jordan are little mini Travis's and I finally got Aubry, my little me!!! I'm so proud of you for finishing the projects. I finished but remember not really caring about all that I had to do as much as I would have now. You're definatly benifitng much greater than me and I'm happy for you.
