That's weird...did you try all blogger's help stuff? With the pictures showing up jumbles of letters, that must be the html code, did you try checking back and forth between the tabs "compose" and "edit html" when you're on the post screen?...I'm no guru, sorry, hope you get it figured out soon.
Are you under "edit html" or "compose" on your post.
