You get it like it is. I've been meaning to take pics of the house, but it was never clean and organized enough. So, to avoid never doing it...I decided to take pics of the house as it is. Sorry about the mess! Here's your tour...

Nice high ceiling, makes the house seem bigger. All of you who've been to our old house understand how amazing this is to us.

Bathroom, desperately needs updated...and another sink! Project #1.
Owen and Tanner's room, and they have a closet! Sounds silly, but they haven't had one before.
Grant's room, and guest room for visitors! Hint hint, come visit from out of town anytime! :)
The linen closet...I have a linen closet!!! Needs organizing.
Our bedroom, we can walk around the whole bed! We've never been able to do that. And we can fit two large dressers! Amazing.
There's an unfinished basement, its as big as the upstairs. No pictures, its not really cool to see yet. There are two framed in bedrooms, space for a laundry room, food storage room, 2nd family room, and its plumbed in for a 2nd bathroom! We've got a lot of work ahead of us, but its so worth the space!

All the space and closets really are so nice! I hear ya, been there with the no closets, no room to walk around the bed kind of thing. ;) It really is a nice place.
It will be fun to see what you guys decide to do to "Osbornize" it like you did to the other house too. :) Gotta love the way your hubby can tackle a DIY project.

Love your new place! Glad you have more space! I am still in awe that you lasted at your last place as long as you did! That place was tiny! I can see that it was worth it though!
I love your new house. It does look a lot roomier. And a fireplace, how cool is that!!!
